Farha Abdol Ghapar is a lecturer at Mara University of Technology Malaysia in the Faculty of Business Management. She is now pursuing her doctoral degree at Monash University Australia and has submitted her thesis in December 2011. The title of her PhD thesis is “Patenting Activity and Financial Performance at the Malaysian Firm Level: An Empirical Study (1994-2008)”. She is being supervised by Professor Russell Smyth from the Department of Economics and Professor Robert Brooks from the Department of Econometrics at Monash University - Australia.
