I currently focus on health care (hospital-based and community-based) quality improvement, community health service policy, general practice development, healthy ageing and chronic disease self-management, as well as problem gambling studies.
My previous research interests include population study, health statistics, health service research, health planning and evaluation, social medicine, medical sociology, epidemiology, regional health planning, women and child health, rural health human resource development, health reform in social transition.
Health information system strategic planning is also my interest, which is my doctoral study
