Roy is currently completing the writing up of his M.Ed Thesis which focused on the learning trajectories and outcomes of second chance learners who returned to TAFE to study a Year 12 Mathematics subject.
He currently works as a VCE (Senior Secondary Certificate) Mathematics and ICT teacher at a TAFE in Melbourne. He has previously worked as a Secondary School Teacher, an Analyst Programmer, and an Experimental Scientist (CSIRO).
